Lockout Tagout work guide

1.Lockout/Tagout means placing a Lockout/Tagout on the energy isolator in accordance with the established procedure to indicate that the energy isolator shall not be operated until the Lockout/Tagout is removed in accordance with the established procedure.

2. Disability is when all energy is disconnected and there is no energy left or stored.

3. Authorized person in the Company's Lockout Tagout Guidelines refers to the person assigned to perform hazardous energy control.

4. The safety padlock must be unique and must be tested before use to prevent misoperation caused by assimilation.

5. The safety management department shall be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of Lockout Tagout, assist in the promotion and implementation of standards, and guide the implementation, etc.

6. The production department participates in the formulation of Lockout Tagout standards and lists, and is responsible for the specific implementation and implementation of the Lockout Tagout.
Management must adhere to the principle of Lockout Tagout for one person, one power source.

7. The normal unlocking provisions shall remove the lock and label after the completion of the work, and the unlocking shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of unlocking the personal lock first, unlocking the public lock first, unlocking the label first, and only the person executing the Lockout Tagout shall have the right to unlock the delisting after the completion of the work.

8. Abnormal unlocking provisions: must obtain the permission of the lock owner or by the local unit and the operation unit of both sides of the supervisor confirmed before the lock can be removed. And ensure that the  lock is released before the employee returns to work.

9. The Company's Lockout Tagout Guidelines will be formally implemented on January 1, 2019.

10. The mechanical and electrical management department is specifically responsible for the Lockout Tagout comprehensive promotion, and the rectification and promotion of electrical equipment, mechanical equipment and other energy equipment to ensure that the energy equipment meets the Lockout Tagout conditions.

11. Lock devices and Lockout tag devices shall be marked with the identity and contact number of the authorized person using the device.
