Validation of LOTO

It is necessary to ensure that the machine, equipment, code or circuit is in a "zero energy state" before commencing operation or maintenance. The best method must be used to determine whether the energy is completely stopped, released, dissipated or discharged.

Loto's validation ensures that no activation occurs while the work is in progress. Validation (or "testing") steps shall be included in each device or discipline's proprietary locking/marking procedure.

The right tool

Locking/marking requires a special set of tools, including key, lock, multi-lock device, red tag and shift tag. You can learn how to use and use these tools correctly through this program and effective training.
