Use of the LOTO device

After isolating the energy source, the authorized personnel shall use the LOTO device at each energy isolation point. Placing a lock and label indicates that someone is working on the device and does not allow the device to be turned on.

Each authorized officer must use his/her own locks and tags properly and keep his/her own keys
