Step 1: Prepare to inform

The operation manager organizes the personnel to prepare the working equipment and check the Lockout tagout.
The operator of the post informed the central control to stop the operation, and told the surrounding personnel to evacuate, and not to operate the equipment.
Step 2: Turn off
Turn off or stop the equipment. Before shutdown, the post operator empts the materials, liquids and gases in the equipment. The central control operator shuts down the equipment according to the equipment operation rules, and the post operator confirms that the equipment has stopped operation.
Step 3: Quarantine
The process operator informs the electrical personnel in the distribution room of power outage and registers it in the "Power outage Registration Pad".
Disconnect the circuit switch and close the line valve.
In order to prevent physical isolation, electrical personnel should carefully check whether the identification and equipment position number on the electrical cabinet are consistent with the equipment position number on the work ticket before implementing isolation.
Step 4: Lockout tagout
Electrical personnel use a common lock to lock the corresponding switch and give the key to the person in charge of the operation
At the same time, the lock should be on the label. The name, date, unit, brief description and contact information of the lock should be on the label.
The person in charge of the operation is the first to lock the central lock box, and all other operators will lock the personal lock and tag with their name, job and phone number on the central lock box.
Note: Face recognition can only be used after the lock box will replace personal lock personal card and traditional centralized lock box, all personal information input in the system.
Step 5: Zero energy state
Release residual energy (for example, open the pressure relief valve for pressure relief, discharge the line) and check to prevent energy damage
Step 6: Verify
The operator shall conduct the second review and confirm with the operator in charge and the electrical instrument that the power is off to ensure that the isolation is correct and the startup cannot be realized.
Step 7: Unlock
After the work is finished according to the work order, the site should be reasonable according to 5S. After qualified, all the withdrawal should be made to ensure the site is clean after the work is finished.
Inform the process operators to accept the process on site; The maintenance personnel will unlock the lock box, and the person in charge of the operation will be the last one to unlock it. The key of the public lock will be handed over to the electrical personnel for unlocking and delisting.
The technical personnel shall notify the electrical personnel of the delivery point and register it on the "Power Stop Registration Pad"
