Form and the Electrical Energy Isolation List. When it comes to the
opening operation of materials and public works pipelines, local
workshops are required to make energy isolation plans in advance,
complete the handover of single equipment and construction disclosure
before construction, and take measures such as adding blind plates,
closing valves and Lockout tagout to prevent the accidental release of dangerous energy and materials.
