LOTOTO dangerous energy
Dangerous energy: Any energy that causes harm to personnel. Seven common types of dangerous energy include:
(1) Mechanical energy; Causing such consequences as striking or scratching the human body;
(2) Electric energy: can cause electric shock, static electricity, lightning strike, etc.;
(3) Heat energy: burns, high temperature and other accidents can occur;
(4) Chemical energy: can produce corrosion, poisoning and other consequences;
(5) Radiation: ionizing radiation and other consequences;
(6) Biological factors: viruses and bacteria that can cause infection, plague and other consequences;
(7) Ergonomic factors: equipment, facilities, tools and other poor design, long-term or special time can cause human injury.
Energy isolation device: Physically prevents the transfer or release of dangerous energy.
Residual or stored energy: Energy retained in machinery or equipment after it has been shut down.
Zero
state: Isolated from all energy sources, without any residual or stored
energy, or the potential to cause energy to accumulate and store again.
Principles for locking devices and warning signs
The
locking device and identification plate must have a unique number and
must not be used for other purposes, and must meet the following
requirements:
Durability: The locking device and identification plate should withstand the impact of the environment;
Standardisation: a field locking device and signage shall use a uniform field color, shape or size;
Robustness: Locking devices and identification plates should be strong enough to prevent easy removal;
Identification: The identification plate should closely follow the locking device, and
clearly mark the name of the locking user and the operation content;
Uniqueness: The locking device should only be opened with one key and should not be opened with a spare key or master key.
