All equipment and pipes of pulverized coal preparation system are reliably grounded; Pulverized coal silo, pulverized coal scale, pulverized coal dust collector and pulverized coal pipeline are adopted to eliminate electrostatic measures;

The pulverized coal preparation system adopts explosion-proof electrical facilities;
The coal mill system is equipped with dry powder fire extinguishing device and fire water supply device;

The mechanical transmission parts of the mill and the protection devices on both sides of the mill body are complete and reliable. The warning signs around the mill body are complete, and it is strictly prohibited to pass through the mill body from the bottom of the operation.
Safety facilities are set on the top of the mill to prevent people from falling;

Coal mill area equipment seal intact, no running and leaking;

The fire retardant breathing valve of the lubricating oil station should be kept clean and unblocked, and the resistance heater should not be connected when the lubricating oil temperature is higher than 40 degrees;

Warning signs including "No fireworks", "Beware of explosion", "Beware of poisoning", "No kindling" and "No entry for non-staff" have been set up at the coal mill site. Emergency lights, escape direction signs and exit signs are complete.

The coal mill system has a special emergency plan for fire and explosion prevention to prevent deflagration accidents in the pulverized coal preparation system;

2. Coal mill maintenance operation management

In the coal mill area gas cutting, electric welding to apply for the approval permit of fire operation, the site is equipped with fire fighting equipment;

When the equipment is being repaired, energy isolation measures such as "locking up" should be taken to effectively isolate the potentially dangerous energy, and "No operation" warning board should be hung to ensure the safety of the operation;

In the coal mill, coal powder warehouse, dust collector, powder separator work to apply for limited space work approval permit, 30 minutes before the operation of the gas detection qualified, strictly implement the "first ventilation, then detection, after operation", maintenance of temporary lighting selection of 6V safety voltage;

Wear safety belt when working on the mill;

Before dangerous operations, personnel must carry out safety education and training, understand the risks and have corresponding preventive measures.
