Lockout tagout
-- According to the list of locking points, select appropriate locks for the isolated facilities, fill in warning labels, and attach lock labels to the locking points. There are individual locks and collective locks. Considering the special hazards of electrical work, special Lockout tagout standards should be formulated.
--Lockout tagout before the operation, the operation leader or the approval person shall organize professional engineers and personnel participating in the operation to carry out the hazard source of possible breakfast accident injury in the operation process, identify the possible hazard source, determine the isolation plan, and specify specific isolation measures in the operation plan and report to the project department for approval. Hazards include rotating equipment (such as pump shafts), high pressure liquids, flammable liquids, high pressure gases, flammable gases, electrical injuries, etc.

confirm
The approver and professional engineer or operating guardian go to the site to verify one by one according to the content to confirm that dangerous energy and materials have been isolated and removed. For example, releasing energy or materials, observing pressure gauges, mirrors or level indicators to confirm that stored hazardous energy has been removed or properly blocked; Visually confirm that the component has been disconnected and the rotating equipment has stopped rotating; For work exposed to electrical hazards, check that the power leads are disconnected. All locks must be physically disconnected and tested without voltage. After verification, the lock management personnel will issue personal locks, keys, locking tools and tags to designated professional engineers or guardians.
Note: before releasing dangerous energy or material, it is necessary to observe pressure gauge or liquid level indicator to confirm that the instrument is in working state and that the isolation and release of dangerous energy or material are effective. During the validation process, additional hazards associated with the isolation process will be assessed through pre-work safety analysis or risk identification, and mitigation/control measures will be developed to ensure operational safety.
